Livewire Building Services was founded in 1993 with the aim to provide a quality service, tailored to the specific needs of the retail, commercial and housing markets, across the United Kingdom, at a competitive price. A multi-service provider, with equal strength in all M&E disciplines. With our professional approach, backed by sound technical expertise, we provide a complete range of building services of the highest quality.

We offer maintenance and small works facilities, dealing in both long term maintenance and emergency call outs. Our central office in Essex ensures we have excellent response times across the southern region and we can have engineers on call 24/7 if you require them.

All our services are individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, whether a company or an individual.
